Cryptomeria japonica 'Spiralis'

Sometimes known as 'Granny's Ringlets', this twisted foliage dwarf conifer adds interest to the garden. Over 10 years the plant will exhibit a rounded form nearly 6 ft tall and a bit wider. Easy to grow in areas zone 5 or warmer. In zones 5 and 6 the tree may exhibit a bronze color in the winter. No insect or disease problems make this plant reliable in the landscape. Can be a good screening plant to hide an unwanted view. The twisted foliage adds interest and is very unique.
