Tahitian Dawn

This exotic rhododendron has flowers that are truly reminincent of a tropical sunrise with the colors yellow, peach and apricot with red sprinkled in. Each flower has a white edge, setting all of the other colors off.  The flower trusses are large and always win prizes.  The plant itself is upright, fast growing and has larger leaves of medium green.  A real winner. 

Rare Variety – This variety is difficult to find anywhere due to these reasons

·       Hard to propagate – many cultivars do not root easily from cuttings, but at a reduced rate thus making the plant rare.

·       Hard to find – these cultivars are hard to find in the first place, probably because they are hard to root from cuttings
