JUNIPERUS chinensis 'Gold Star'

Excellent low growing and compact Chinese juniper that will stay bright all year. Juniperus chinensis 'Gold Star' will stay under 3 ft tall, and will slowly spread to 4-5 ft wide over time. The branches grow horizontally and have drooping tips of bright gold year round. Plants stay dense and attractive over time if in good light. In shade, they will be a bit more open, and less gold. High value as a bright accent plant. Also popular in mass plantings and foundation plantings. Similar to 'Daub's Frosted', but brighter.
