Acer palmatum 'Red Dragon'

This low, full, spreading red Japanese maple will mound, layering over itself. Stake up a branch to have a taller specimen. The new growth comes out bright red, offering a nice contrast. Often used for bonsai. Great color to contrast with the 'greens' of the garden.
