R. 'Unique' variegated form

We were given this variegated form of the rhododendron 'Unique' by the Thompson Nursery in Oregon. Every leaf is dark-green with a bright yellow edging. The plant grows slower than R. 'Unique', but the flowers are much the same, white flushed pink with a bit of yellow in the throat. Tropical colors! The variegation makes the plant stand out in the landscape. Hardy to zone 6b. Our plants are small due to the slow growth of this cultivar.
