R. 'Suave'

Low growing FRAGRANT rhododendron belonging to the section Maddenii. The most noticable characheristic is the leaves being short and angular with heavy bullate testure on top, and with some small hairs along the leaf edges. The pink-white-yellow flower colors add interest when blooming, and the fragrance is sweet. The most unique characteristic is its low and compact habit, growing to 2 ft tall x 4 ft wide in 10 years.
