R. 'Lemon Charm'

A wonderful lemony flowering rhododendron from the late Jim Barlup of Washington State. The plant grows slowly to 3 ft tall x 4 ft wide in 10 years and has very dark-green foliage. The flowers are a light lemon yellow with red spotting the the throat. Flowering is quite heavy when the plant is becoming mature, and occurs in April to May. Hardy to zone 6.
