Created by E.C. Brockenbrough,  who also created R. 'Nancy Evans' and R. 'Horizon Monarch', this new hybrid is quite nice. The parents are (R. 'Hotei x Koichiro Wada') x (R. 'Whopper x Lem's Cameo'), so has very good genitics. The foliage is A+, very dark-green and has a bit of a shine.
