R. 'Big Lagoon'

Selected as one of the best screening rhododendrons for zone 7, 'Big Lagoon' will grow big and lush, blocking an undesirable view. The cross is R. 'Ruby Bowman' x R. 'Lem's Cameo', so will grow somewhat large, 8 ft tall in 10 years and is hardy to zone 7. Blooming starts in mid April. This Singing Tree Gardens original is in our RARE category because we are the exclusive source of this plant, and it is hard to propagate.   However, it is easy to grow.
