Pieris japonica 'Bisbee Dwarf'

This is the smallest Japanese Andromeda we know of/ The plant will only be 1 ft tall and 2 ft wide over many years. The foliage is green in summer, but has red tones as the weather gets cooler. The chains of small white bell-shaped flowers cover the plant in early spring. The new growth foliage is red, adding to the contrast factor for this plant. We have a 30 year old specimen in the garden, and have finally decided to propagate it.
