Picea pungens 'Pali'

Here is a true miniature, compact form of Colorado spruce. The short silvery-green needles are held on short stems that grow only about 1 inch per year. As the tree becomes older, the foliage is more silver-blue in color. A wonderful rock garden plant.

'Pali' originated as a chance seedling in the 1970's by Pal Lengyel in Hungary. Hardy to zone 3.
