Peggy Roberts

Peggy Roberts

A relatively new hybrid from Jim Barlup of Washington State that has soft pink flowers with a darker edge and a rich strawberry red throat. The plant has handsome apple green leaves and will make a nice mounded plant over time. We think this is a worthy plant for anyone wanting something showy in the garden. It is easy to grow and is a good performer.

Rare Variety – This variety is difficult to find anywhere due to these reasons
·       Hard to propagate – many cultivars do not root easily from cuttings, but at a reduced rate thus making the plant rare.
·       Hard to find – these cultivars are hard to find in the first place, probably because they are hard to root from cuttings
