Unusual purple and white flowers are quite large, 2.5" across, with narrow deeply divided strap-like lobes, covering the mounding plant in April-May.  This plant is a hybrid of R. stenopetalum, var. linearfolium, an evergreen azalea from Taiwan.  By Nuccio's Azaleas.
