Scarlet Ovation Huckleberry

Compact and dense selection of Pacific Northwest’s native evergreen Huckleberry with scarlet colored foliage above green. Very decorative, the plant will grow about 3 ft tall and wide and stay dense and attractive year-round. Also, early summer flowers yield a good crop of black huckleberries in the fall for all of you pie makers. Like full sun in milder coastal gardens, but a bit of shade in areas with hot summers. Fairly drought tolerant. Hardy to zone 6.
