Low Glow

This cross between Japanese Black and Red Pine is probably my all time favorite conifer in the garden.  The plant is a tight mounding form with bright glowing-green needles. This was a a seedling from a witch's broom introduced by Sydney Waxman of the University of Connecticut.  This plant in our garden is 2ft x 2ft and is 10 years old.  One of our most popular conifers.
