Leptospermum scoparium 'Ruby Glow'

New Zealand tea tree, Leptospermum scoparium, is a medium-sized shrub with arching shoots and incredible flowers that are extremely attractive to bees. Leptospermum scoparium ‘Ruby Glow’ is a particularly striking cultivar, bearing double flowers that are a rich pink-red colour. The deep-green foliage is pleasantly aromatic and its compact habit makes it one of the best choices for container growing. Blooms from early spring into summer. Drought tolerant.

Grow Leptospermum scoparium ‘Ruby Glow’ in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun, ideally with the added protection of a sunny wall.  Hardy to zone 9.
