Iochroma 'Royal Queen Purple'

A tropical ornamental shrub or small tree that produces dark blue-purple tubular flowers in summer months. Most of these types of plants are native to Mexico and Brazil, and need greenouse protection in colder areas of the country. They cannot be grown outside in climates where the ground freezes in winter. Very attractive to hummingbirds and and other pollinators. Hardy to zone 7.
