Hydrangea 'Cityline Paris'

A new big leaf hydrangea from Germany. The claim to fame of this distinctive hydrangea is that it has the reddest flowers of any large leaf hydrangea available today, plus it is one of the very smallest growers, approaching 2 ft tall and 3 ft wide in 10 years. Very tight and compact. Also disease resistant, so will not have to be sprayed for mildew. Excellent when planted in groups or in masse. The flower color can be changed from red to blue by adding aluminum sulfate. Blooms on old wood. Blooming will be enhanced with bi-monthly feeding. Hardy to zone 5.
