Hortulanus H Witte

A Mollis type variety that has a spreading growth habit. It blooms early, producing lightly-perfumed, warm yellow-orange blossoms in April and May. The medium green foliage turns red and orange in the fall. Another fine azalea from the nursery Koster M. & Sons, Boskoop , Netherlands, 1892. A joy for the orange lovers.
