One of the Seven Dwarf collection named in England in the 1970's.  Happy is pronounced "Hoppy" there.  This plant grows full and lush with nice dark shiny-green leaves.  The flowers are a light lavender, so it is here in our purple section.  Plant with 'Nancy Evans' for a great color combination in the garden.
