Originally found in Germany, this form of the Austrian Black Pine is now available on our website. The plant is very fastigiate, forming a tight green column, perhaps 8 ft. tall x 18” wide in 10 years, depending on the climate it is grown in. It seems to be a sturdy tree that can withstand snow and ice in colder climates. Rare in the trade.
