Blue foliage on a tree that spreads on the ground. This prostrate form of the Himalayan Cedar is a must for that spot in your garden that needs a blue color and lots of interest. We planted ours by a Thuja orientalis 'Sunlight' for a wonderful effect. You will NOT be "feelin blue" if you get this plant going in your own garden!
