Dierama pulcherrimum 'Blackbird' - Purple Angel's Fishing Rod Plant

We grow this one from seed, so there will be some flowers darker, and others lighter among these plants, but none will be unattractive. This cultivar is the darkest of all dieramas with cascades of pendulous, funnel-shaped claret purple flowers on wiry stems. Looks great when planted with the pink form. Flowering starts in early summer and continues until fall.
