Delosperma ashtonii 'Blut'

It is amazing that this succulent-like groundcover is so hardy for the cold. Tough and drought resistant, this ice plant will grow in zone 5. Low maintenance and deer resistant the plant will cover the ground and have lovely fuchsia colored flowers all summer long. Each plant will only be 2 inches tall x 18" wide. Plant in well dreained gravelly soil that is not wet in winter. Best in full sun. Can gdrow in a container.
