Cornus kousa 'Pam's Mountain Bouquet'
Cornus kousa 'Pam's Mountain Bouquet'
A refined and floriferous selection of Cornus kousa, ‘Pam’s Mountain Bouquet’ is prized for its exceptionally heavy bloom and elegant, layered branching. In late spring to early summer, the tree is covered in a profusion of large, creamy-white bracts that create a luminous, bouquet-like effect—often appearing more abundant than typical Kousa dogwoods.
Its foliage emerges rich green and remains clean and attractive through the growing season before turning vibrant shades of red to burgundy in fall. By late summer, raspberry-like ornamental fruits develop, adding seasonal interest and attracting birds.
This small deciduous tree forms a graceful, upright to broadly spreading habit, making it an excellent specimen for gardens, patios, or woodland edges. Like other Kousa dogwoods, it shows strong resistance to common dogwood diseases and thrives in well-drained soil with moderate moisture.
