Tiny, stiff little leaves cover this slow growing plant all year.  Cooperi is an excellent ground cover for slopes or hillsides.  Also a great candidate for the miniature, rock garden or patio garden. Good for bonsai and railroad gardens too. The white flowers appear in mid spring, resulting in red berries in the fall.
