Cheyenne

One of the few yellow flowering rhododendrons that is VERY FRAGRANT and fairly hardy, at least to 0 deg F. The plant is vigorous, growing to a large, spreading plant. Having the Loderi Group as a parent contributes to the thick, long leaves. We feel fortunate to have a large plant in our collection so we can propagate it for our customers. Because it is hard to come by, and also hard to root, this one goes into the 'Rare' catagory. We stick many cuttings every year, and hope for the best.
