Cecilia

Cecilia

Originally found by Greg Williams, Wolcott, Vermont along the
Skippack highway, and previously known as 'Skippack, this cute little white spruce has silvery-blue needles and a dwarf spreading habit. Although growing slowly, one can expect this cultivar to be 36 inches tall and wide in 10 years. The plant was introduced and registered by Joel Springarn of Baldwin, New York. A nice tight ball of short blue foliage looks great when planted near golden foliage plants.
