This new Dwarf European Hornbean is really different! This tree will grow into a fat columnar shape, but up to only 8 ft tall by 3-4 ft wide in 10 years. Useful for a spire shaped plant to contrast with the mounding shapes in your garden. The densely branched tree will require little pruning. Hardy to zone 4. Found in Italy.
