A patented cultivar found by Pat Fitzgerald of Ireland's FitzGerald Nurseries as a sport of the well know cultivar C. oshimensis 'Evergold'. This sedge forms a small and luminous tuft that has bluish-green banded foliage bordered with white-cream depending on the exposure. This grass is superb on the edge of a bed or in a container, in cool but well drained soil. And, looks especially stunning in partial shade to accentuate the light color of its foliage. Hardy to zone 5.
