Calluna vulgaris 'Bonita'

 A new variety of Scotch heather we acquired from an associate nursery in Oregon. The name says it all, as it is truly very pretty. The yellow-orange summer leaves contrast with the red stems. The flowers are actually red buds that stand out from September to December. The winter foliage is a darker orange. This one will grow to be 12 inches tall x 24 inches wide.
