C.D. Eason

C.D. Eason

Blooming from mid summer until early fall, this cultivar of bell heather is a great addition to any garden. The magenta-lavender urn-shaped flowers cover the plant in profusion, contrasting nicely to the dark-green foliage. Being tolerant of rocky and sandy soils, the plant makes a good groundcover for exposed locations. Found by C.D. Eason near Broadstone, Dorset, England. Plant in groups of 3, 5, or 7 for a more natural design.
