Butterscotch Brandy
Butterscotch Brandy
This new hybrid from Singing Tree Gardens is a very early bloomer, opening in late February or early March here. The flowers are light pink with a light yellow throat and red spotting. There are rich red nectary pouches, adding to the interest. The foliage is dark-green and shiny, holding from 2-3 years. The Parent Nancy Evans give yellow and the red nectary pouches, while the other parent Lynette is out of R. irroratum, giving the excellent foliage and early blooming.
