Abies procera 'Rick's Foxtail'

Found in Oregon, USA, this interesting narrow grower has congested growth  with a bluish-green color. Short side branches emerge from a thick, central leader, giving a tail-like appearance to the branches radiating from the trunk. Growth Rate: 2-4" per year on the side branching, 6"-9" on the central leader resulting in a tree 8 ft tall tree in 10 years.
