New from Holland, this dwarf Korean fir is the 'star' of the winter garden. Because the needles change from a yellow-green in summer to a rich gold in winter, it almost appears to be lit from within. The plant is well mannered and stays tight and compact without any pruning. The growth rate is 6-10 inches per year, so one can expect it to be 5 ft tall in 10 or so years. Hardy to zone 4. Plant against a dark background for the ultimate effect!
