A dwarf, compact, upright evergreen conifer with a pyramidal habit. Needles are a shimmering silver blue. Branch tips taper and end with a slight twist. Discovered on Sugar Loaf Mountain in Oregon. Prefers full sun in most soils. 3' tall x 2' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -10 degrees. USDA zone 6.
