Little Leaf Massechusetts Kinnikinik

Little Leaf Massechusetts Kinnikinik

Found in tissue culture, this selection of Arctostyphyllus has smaller leaves than the clone it came from 'Massachusetts'. Native from Northern California north to Alaska, this ground cover is a prostrate form of Manzanita.  Lovely dark green foliage, which with this cultivar is resistant to spotting, covers this plant abundantly.  Great for covering a bank, as it will grow downhill giving a "waterfall effect".  The small white and pink flowers appear throughout the year, but more abundantly in springtime.  A very choice goundcover.
