Teddy
Teddy
Teddy' is just about as cuddly as a bear! This cute little plant, which is a dwarf form of Eastern Arborvitae, is so soft to the touch and is easy to grow. We planted it near the rhododendron 'Teddy Bear' to keep it company. This plant has been used as a boxwood subtitute and it does work well in that application. The foliage is feathery green-gray and juvenile. A slow grower, 'Teddy' will grow 2-4 inches a year, and is very hardy. It is a great choice for the rock gardens or troughs or even in the miniture railroad garden. We think you will want several of these lovable little plants in your garden.
