Taxus baccata 'Watnong Gold'

Originating in the Watnong Arboretum in New Jersey, this golden foliage English yew grows low and wide, becoming 3 ft tall and 4 ft wide over time. An excellent bright accent conifer for the shady site. Also popular as a foundation plant or in the rock garden. In bright light the foliage will be a very vibrant yellow, while in partial shade, lime green. Hardy to zone 6. Can be susceptible to winter burn if exposed to extreme cold.
