'Queen of Diamonds' (Red Majesty x Arboreum)

Unregistered at this time, this hybrid comes to us from the late Peter Schick of Fort Bragg, CA. The plant has perfect leaves on a plant that stays low and compact, only growing to 5 feet tall in 10 years. The blood red flowers cover the plant in mid to late March, or in some years, early April. We will be registering this plant in the future, as it is such a great performer. Created by crossing one of the very best red flowering hybrids 'Red Majesty' with R. arboreum.  

Premium Variety – This variety has proven itself over time to be a higher-grade plant with better performance, a higher degree of attractiveness, and is hard to find and purchase.
