'Golden Midget' is a dwarf evergreen conifer with a broad pyramidal form. Green needles display a cast of gold. Prefers sun/partial shade in well-drained soil. 2.5' tall by 2' wide in 10 years. Hardy to -40 degrees F. USDA zone 3. Introduced by the Flora Wonder Collection(tm) of Buchholz Nursery. Variegated foliage is golden on top of the needles, with silvery blue undersides. You can expect 1 - 2 inches of growth every spring.
