Marechal Foch

This popular variety from Europe is grown in areas that have very cold winters, as the flowers form from all new growth.  The flower heads can be a lovely shade of pink or soft blue, depending on the soil PH.  There is a delicate star-shaped white eye in each flower.  Introduced in Europe by Mouillre in 1924, this plant received an Award of Merit by the RHS in 1923.  We love this variety and recommend it highly!
