Iseli Fastigiate Spruce - Picea pungens 'Iseli Fastigiate'

Another of the famous Iseli Nursery's introductions that is spectacular. Many of us have small gardens, and cannot grow some of the larger conifers, but this selection is narrow with a vertical form and is very soft powder blue. For contrast, this tree cannot be beat, so plant it near contrasting foliage plants that have gold, red or dark green leaves. Super hardy, to zone 2, most all will be able to grow it. Growing 6-12 inches per year, you can expect that conifer to be 5-10 ft tall, but only 3-4 ft wide. A steel blue spire of royal character.
