Davidia involucrata 'Lady Sunshine'

Probably the showiest of the Dove trees, 'Lady Sunshine' has very bright light yellow variegation with green centers to the leaves. This has value as the Dove tree takes a few years to start blooming, so the brightly colored leaves is a plus.  When the tree starts to make its handkerchief flowers in mid spring, it really is noticed. Growing to 10 ft tall in 10 years, it is much smaller than the species.
