Black Tulip

New from New Zealand's leading Magnolia breeders, Felix and Mark Jury. In early spring the tree bursts into bloom displaying masses of striking 6 inch black-purple, goblet-shaped flowers. The tree will be an upright grower becoming 10-12 feet tall in 10 years, making it an excellent choice for small gardens, or as a featured plant in a larger landscape. Does best in full sun and protection from strong winds. Hardy from zones 5-9. Deciduous.
