The Starter Kit Pro

For those wanting a bit more, we have our Starter Kit Pro. In this kit we have all of the same ingredients as our Starter Kit, but with the addition of a special Premix 2000 with Zeolite, and Optimizer by John & Bobs. The Premix 2000 has minute amounts of micro-nutrients like Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Sulfur, Dolomite, Triple Super Phosphate, Crustacean Meal, Limestone, and most important...Zeolite. The Zeolite is super absorbent, pulling in fertilizer elements before they are leached out from watering, then slowly releasing them over time. This way, valuable ingredients are given more time to be absorbed by the plant roots. 

Included in the Starter Kit Pro is Optimize by John & Bobs. This unique compressed and pelletized humic acid product is derived from Leonardite, a mineral found in North Dakota, as well as other parts of the world. It has the ability to break up clay soils, and deliver locked up nutrients to plant roots, thus causing plants to thrive more than with fertilizers only.  You can read more about this product by going to the Optimize section under 'Supplies'. We use this product both in our gardens, and in the growing of all of our plants.

We have been using Redwood Bark to grow all of our plants for many years now, and find it has many important qualities. This long lasting soil conditioner will hold water and air at the same time, reducing or even eliminating root rot diseases. Because it is Redwood, it takes a long time to decompose, so keeps your soil mix light with good drainage qualities.
