R. 'Old Copper'

One of the last to bloom, but worth waiting for! This true Orange flowering rhododendron will stop traffic on your street when it comes into bloom. It seems to do well in hotter climates too. With R. 'Vulcan' as a parent, gives confidence that it is hardy, and reports are it is to zone 6. This plant will be 6 feet tall in 10 years, and will get bigger, so give a place where it can spread out.
