Passionate Purple

A nice compact plant with small rounded leaves that are green in summer and fall, but turn an interesting dark bronze in winter, adding interest.  Many people think this is an azalea because of the foliage.  The flowers are an electric blue-purple and cover the plant with abandon.  This cultivar is a wonderful small purple for the rock garden.
