Some people love to collect the smaller, round-leafed rhododendrons, and this is one of the nicest.  Matte green and round, almost heart-shaped leaves cover this excellent mounder all year.  In mid-April the plant is covered in pastel pink flowers in loose trusses.  Very charming.
