New from the Buchholz Nursery of Gaston, Oregon. Here is a rich golden needled pine that will only grow to 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide. The color is more intense in the winter months, but is still quite gold in summer as well. Talon Buchholz claims this tree is hardy to -50 deg F, or USDA zone 2. If you live in this zone, no doubt the winter color will be like a gold medal reflecting the sunshine.
